Slept with babies in the living room off and on from about 11:30 – 5:15. In bed from 5:30 – 7:15.

I did an intense strength workout today with under 20 seconds rest between each set. I kept the HR pretty high throughout. I was pretty gassed at the end of it.

With the twins and everything that implies, it is tough to find time to prepare a lot of meals and go to the store. As a result, I am usually eating what people have been bringing us for dinner. I will probably keep doing this. It’s not ideal, but honestly, it’s where we are in our lives right now.

strength: back and arms
total time: 30:00

Diet
breakfast: black coffee, 1/2 banana
lunch: 3 eggs cooked in EVCO, 1/2 avocado, salsa
snack: white bean chips
dinner: veggie pot pie, a few bites of french bread
