I debated my workout today as my shoulder is still a little tender. I worked out late tonight and decided what the heck, let’s just see how it goes.

I ended up having a great workout. We’ll see how it feels tomorrow.

I’m getting pretty excited for the race Saturday.

eccentric pull-ups 3 x 6 (tough)
eccentric hand-stand push-ups x 3
pull-up hold
hand-stand hold
3 x 10:
dumbell row
pushup
mobility

Diet
breakfast: black coffee, omlette
lunch: raw peppers, black bean dip, a few sesame sticks
dinner: Jason’s Deli
