I hurt from yesterday. Ugh.

Stopped on my lunges today mid-way through the last set. Major hamstring cramps.

Training
wu3 x 10 squat
3 x 10 band pullaparts
3 x 8 romanian dead lift
3 x 10 weighted lunges
3 x 10 barbell curls
10″ mobility

Diet
post-workout: coffee, smoothie – romaine, mixed greens, almond milk, walnuts, spirulina, berries, mango
lunch: mixed salad w/homemade avocado dressing
dinner: smashed purple and new potatoes, butter, roasted asparagus and brussels sprouts
post dinner: white chips and homemade salsa, 2 bites coconut milk ice cream
