Today is my first day of teaching for the semester. That has nothing to do with this blog, but couldn’t think of another title.
Fell asleep on the couch last night at 11:15, moved to bed at 3:00, up at 5:35.
3 x 5 shoulder press (tough weight this time – felt good)
3 x 10 band pullapartsall on 60″ rest
3 x 10 assisted dips
3 x 10 barbell curls
3 x 10 bent over db rows
10′ of ab work:
10 side-to-side (w/10 lbs)
walked on campus between classes
walked around zoo with the family tonight
post-workout: yogurt w/berries, coffee
lunch: large spinach salad w/avocado and tomatoes (w/homemade avocado dressing)
snack: apple, almond butter, black coffee
