Training

3 x 5 squats (still down in weight on this)
3 x 5 band pull-a-parts
3 x 8 shoulder press
3 x 10 romanian dead lift
3 x 10 barbell row
3 x 10 eccentric pushup
5″ ab work

Diet
post-workout: black coffee, smoothie – spinach, hemp hearts, protein powder, almond milk, HWC, strawberries, 1/2 apple, blackberries
mid-afternoon: raw cheese, kambucha
dinner: white rice, cooked lentils, sour cream
before bed: decaf coffee
