squat – 3 x 10 @ 80 lbs
mobility: 8:00

Diet
post-workout: coffee, smoothie – almond milk, HWC, spinach, mango, apple, flax, wallnuts, egg
lunch: refried black beans, white rice, sour cream, 1/2 avocado
dinner: BBQ- beans, roasted potatoes, mushrooms, cooked cabbage, a few bites potato salad
