Had my HS reunion this weekend. Good times, diet not great.

Training
wu: 10:00
dead lift 3 x 5 @ 70% of 1RM
bench 3 x 5 @ 70% of 1RM
3 x 10 band pullaparts

Diet
breakfast: coffee, smoothie (wife made it, not sure of all that went in)
lunch: rice, refried beans
snack: uncured pepperoni, havarti, kambucha
dinner: veggie stir fry w/rice noodles, peanut sauce
