In bed at 12:15, up at 6:45. Awake for 15 minutes around 2:00.

Great workout this morning. The weights that used to be heavy are getting easier. I’m looking forward to finding my new 1RM next week.

shoulder press: 3 x 3 @ 85 lbs
wrist and back mobility

Diet
post-workout: black coffee, 4 eggs, 3 strips bacon
3:25 (not hungry until then): large mixed green salad w/EVOO and balsamic
