breakfast: black coffee, pears sauteed in butter and EVCO, walnuts, pecans, HWC
lunch: charro beans, basmati rice, a few blue corn chips
dinner: spinach salad w/ homemade honey mustard, bbq chicken drumsticks, “smashed” potatoes
