I got up this morning and was at the gym by 5:35. That’s a bad way to find out the gym changed their hours to open at 6:00.

David and I ran outside at 6:00, then I went to the gym and did squats. I took 5 lbs off of my 60% from last time since last time I struggled with form a bit.

Training
2.17 mi walk/run
squats (10 x 60% – 65lbs)

Diet
breakfast: black coffee, smoothie – coconut milk, dandelion greens, romaine, flax seed, frozen strawberries, 1/4 banana, 1/2 pear
lunch: small spinach salad w/EVOO and balsamic, salmon fillet
mid-afternoon: a few slices of uncured salami
dinner: spinach, refried black beans, sweet potato, roasted butternut squash, cilantro, 2 squares dark chocolate
