breakfast: pear and walnuts sauteed with butter, HWC, cinnamon
lunch: spinach and romaine salad w/berries, hemp hearts, EVOO and balsamic
dinner: mexican stir fry (veggies, quinoa, black beans, spinach), vegan cashew “sour cream” homemade
