Workout was good this morning. I did shoulder press, but eased up on the weight a bit since it was my first time since coming off my shoulder injury.

Training

press: 3 x 10 @ 60% (55 lbs)
Intervals: 400 run, 200 recover x 5
distance: 2 miles
stretch/mobility: 5:00

Diet
post-workout: black coffee, smoothie – coconut milk, walnuts, mango, strawberries, apple, romaine, spinach
lunch: leftover stir fry from last night
dinner: grass-fed burgers (no bun), sauteed mushrooms and onions, homemade no-sugar catchup, homemade sweet potato fries
