Good workout this morning. My coach told me to reduce my light weeks from 60% to 50%. That was after I did 60% on press this morning.

Good run. Felt very smooth, great form. Feet are getting used to new shoes.

Diet
post-run: black coffee
lunch: lentil chili (homemade in pressure cooker)
dinner: apple w/almond butter, chili
