I had a good workout this morning on the treadmill. I was faster on my intervals than I have been in a long time (other than the last one). Felt good the whole time.

Diet
pre-run: fruit, banana muffin, black coffee
lunch: leftover jambalaya
dinner: leftover steak, caprese salad
