It was a rough swim today. I struggled to keep good form, and got pretty winded, but I got it done. My longest swim in almost 2 years (sad).

dinner: grain free grilled cheese (made with eggs and coconut flour)
other: glass of lemonade I bought from my kids’ lemonade stand
