TOUGH run this morning. It was hot, and I knew I wasn’t going to be able to push it near as fast as I would have liked. Overall though, not bad. HR was really high, and I only managed just above 9 mpm, but still, not the end of the world.

Went to the movie alone today, then cooked myself a pretty bangin’ dinner.
