Since today was the day before surgery, and because our schedule was super crazy (we had to put a car in the shop, so all 6 of us are stuck to 1 car) I loosened up a bit on my diet. I had a couple of things I won’t usually include in the cut. I am still feeling really good, but ready to add the gym back into things.
breakfast: banana, black coffee
lunch: bean chips, guacamole (more of a heavy snack during the day)
dinner: bean burrito, egg/cheese/potato burrito with salsa
