Good day today. Need to work on my snack cravings after dinner.

I have some nasty sinus stuff going on. Lots of congestion, starting to lose my voice.

Run was good, slower than usual, but good.

dinner: smashed potatoes, sour cream, sauteed asparagus
after dinner: 10 carob almonds, hot tea w/tsp honey for throat
