Rest day. Cooked some stuff from the Thrive cookbook today.

Diet
breakfast: oats w/honey, HWC
lunch: 2 black bean patties, large romaine salad w/feta, sunflower seeds, vegan “parm” (homemade), cayenne sauce
dinner: gf pasta w/cashew cream lemon sauce, asparagus
