I opted to go to the gym with my wife today and did an indoor bike long interval ride. It was tough, legs are gonna hurt tomorrow (and the next day).

My weight was identical this week as to last. Maybe a little discouraging, but more puzzling. Overall I am not overly concerned. We will see how the next  couple of weeks go.

I was exhausted tonight when I got home.
