Mostly better today, but still a little “meh.” I ate some of that homemade Thrive cereal for breakfast and it sat heavy. I ate some more crackers (not optimal) and rice for lunch, then was able to handle some regular food later in the day. I decided not to go to the gym this morning . . . just not feeling great. I did do an hour of yoga at the gym with my wife this evening. It wasn’t bad.

lunch: saltines, white rice w/liquid aminos
snack: blue corn chips, toast, spinach artichoke dip, pineapple
dinner: blue taco bar – beans, rice, blue taco shells, sour cream, cheese, tomato, romaine, pinto beans, avocado, hot sauce
