Overall a good day. I had a great workout this morning; my best weight workout in a long time. I had good energy and was able to go heavier than expected on most things.

I have got to get these dang veggie chips out of my house. My self-control is shameful around them.

My girls are sick, so my sleep may not be great for a day or two.

pre-workout: smoothie – same as yesterday afternoon, black coffee
lunch: vegan homemade gf cashew lasagna rolls
snack: Kind bar, black coffee (during my night class).
dinner: gf spaghetti, romaine salad
before bed: handful  of veggie chips
