sleep is no good lately. Sick girls wake up often. 5:55

I am really happy with my workouts so far this week. Today’s run was Z3 steady, which I wasn’t sure how would go, but it went really well. Not that it was lightning fast, but it felt really good to be able to run at what I consider a normal pace for a fair amount of time without getting too winded (slowed a little the last 5-8 minutes). But still, great run.

breakfast: oats w/butter and tsp honey
lunch: smoothie – almond milk, peanut butter, banana, romaine, pea protein, 1/2 avocado
snack: veggie chips
dinner: pressure cooker rice and veggies w/honey/amino sauce
before bed: a few bites of grass-fed cheese
