Pretty unremarkable day. Lots of stress over some things, that may be leading to some of my flat workouts this week.

Diet
breakfast: oats w/HWC, honey
lunch: rice, beans, romaine, blue corn chips
dinner: “chick-un” nuggets, homemade bbq and horseradish sauce
