I am sore. Really sore. It will be nice to take a week off of weights next week, especially since it’s a run-heavy week.

I had an unplanned “cheat” meal at lunch. Good BBQ sides at a work thing. I gave in.

Diet
breakfast: black coffee, sweet potato cereal w/almond milk
lunch: bbq baked beans, macaroni salad, bread, potato salad, pickles, onions, a couple bites of pecan cobbler
dinner: okra fried in EVCO, GF pasta w/spinach, butter, garlic, a little cheese
after dinner: Rio Grande Pecan
