October 18

Today was a travel day, and ended up being a really loose diet day. I doubled up on workouts yesterday to make up for today. My calves are super sore.

Training
none- travel/rest day

Diet
breakfast: spinach souffle
lunch: veggie burger w/baked fries
dinner: veggie burrito, chips
snack: dried mango, sesame sticks, banana, almond butter, homemade nutella, carob chips
